When showing Hoffman Agency Inc. listings we are
requesting that you follow the below guidelines for all showings both
sales and rentals:
- Hand sanitizer by all before entering
the property.
- Masks are required by all.
- Only use doorknobs to open and close
doors to enter and exit the home. Do not use or touch anything else.
- If any individual feels sick, please, do
not show the property whether salesperson or client.
- If someone has tested positive for
Covid-19, within the last 14 days, we humbly ask that you reschedule
the showing.
- In this 21st century we can certainly
Facetime a showing. Please note that most listings have interior
pictures and/or virtual tours.
